Fringe is so much fun.  And this fall it’s unraveling all over the runway. Dresses, tops, ponchos, jackets, skirts, vests, bags…you name it and it’s got fringe on it.

A fringe detail can add some whimsy to any outfit. Just watch out where your swing, or you might get caught.
