If you’re like me, you hesitate to invest in seasonal fashion trends, assuming they’ll be out of style in a flash. Ruffle & Bow Blouses

I recently took a ruffled blouse on a trip to France. It turned out to be the most versatile garment in my suitcase.
It actually brought my outfit to a higher level, no matter what I wore it with.

Casual with jeans and a cardigan, or dressy with a velvet coat and slim black pants. This top just works, and will easily fit into any existing wardrobe.
