Many of you know Susan Marie’s, the fabulous women’s clothing boutique in Salado, Texas. But did you know the shop is now under new ownership? I visited last week and it is a gem to behold. The glistening chandeliers, bright interior, and eclectic furniture all combine to give this place a super-stylish vibe.

Retired teacher Sally Volney, of Temple, is the new owner of Susan Marie’s, and Alice Winders continues as the manager and buyer for the store. On this day, we met lovely sisters Amy and Suzie, from Oklahoma City, as they were passing through Salado.
