THRIFTY HALLOWEEN COSTUMES
October 24, 2018

Last week lovely reader Betty requested Halloween costume ideas from our closets. Since the contents of every closet varies, I decided to go to Goodwill for inspiration. Did you know there is an official Goodwill Halloween Costume Pinterest Page?

Why spend big bucks on a costume you’ll only wear for a few hours? You can either buy a pre-made costume at Goodwill or find lots of ideas to put one together yourself. Here are some easy costume ideas from Goodwill and Pinterest.

Costumes for Couples

Kermit & Miss Piggy

Arizona Heat

Conehead Couple

Bob Ross and Happy Tree

Deer in Headlights

Popeye and Olive Oil

Costumes for Singles

Jar in Head

Mean Old Lady

Cruella De Ville

Costumes for Families

Where’s Waldo

There are even costumes for your pets!

Don’t spend a boatload at Halloween this year. Click on Good Will or Pinterest for low-cost, super-creative costume ideas.

Hope this helps, Betty!   I will reveal my costume next week!
