“Imagine your closet–just as it is–at this very moment. Is it supporting your lifestyle? Do you consistently have what you need at your fingertips? Is it helping or hindering your ease of dressing? Do your clothes fit and flatter? Do you love wearing them? Do they bring you joy?”
These questions came straight from Quintessential Style. And I knew when I asked them, it wasn’t going to do me any good to fib. Thus began a 2-week project–organizing my closet.
I am about to show photos never before revealed. Why? Because I was too darned embarrassed. But I have always said, the most important element in a successful blog is total honesty. So here we go.

Now I was forced to go through this stuff, and make tough decisions as to what to keep, what to donate, and what to throw out.
This was only Day 1, and I was already exhausted. I informed my husband that this was going to take a while. And it was certainly going to look worse before it was going to look better.
