Snoopy or Charlie Brown…Who Will You Be This Christmas??
December 21, 2017

Two fun gifts I received this holiday were bobbleheads of Peanuts characters Charlie Brown and Snoopy.  They snap and click incessantly. But strangely enough, one head bobs up and down, while the other head bobs side to side.

One positive bobbler (up and down) and one negative bobbler (side to side). Can you guess who does which?

You got it…Charlie Brown bobbles the negative, while Snoopy bobbles with positivity.

Poor Charlie Brown–he views everything with dread. While Snoopy is ready to take on any challenge with anticipation.

This season can be a frantic scramble. We sometimes forget to remember all the positives–with so many negatives looming about.

I have certainly been guilty of focusing on the superficial rather than the sacred.

But Charlie Brown and Snoopy have reminded me that my attitude is my choice.

How will you bob this season… up and down… or side to side?

The choice is yours.

May your holidays bobble with joy.

I love the peanuts gang- Charlie, Snoopy, Sally, Lucy, Linus up to Schroeder. Charlie Brown might be the most negative character on the gang he is definitely my favourite. He’s very shy, awkward and innocent, but he’s also very kind-hearted. He loves Snoopy and his sister Sally. He always look after them. Snoopy on the other hand is very jolly, silly and funny. They are like a yin and yang which makes them a good duo. The perfect duo.

I quite agree. And when placed next to each other at my sink, the contrast is even more evident.
